Over 200 people freeze in place on cue in Grand Central Station in New York. On a cold Saturday in New York City, the world’s largest train station came to a sudden halt. Over 200 Improv Everywhere Agents froze in place at the exact same second for five minutes in the Main Concourse of Grand Central Station. Over 500,000 people rush through Grand Central every day, but today, things slowed down just a bit as commuters and tourists alike stopped to notice what was happening around them.
I wish i could be there to see this hilarious thing. These people united themselves at a near by park prior to this event and synchorinized their watches to freeze themselves exactly at 2.30 P.M. for about 5 minutes. It is so cool to watch expressions of the commuters when they see such a thing happening at a main train station of a city. A nice mix of people of all ages and races showed up so that it attracts all the people as a mass. The entire scene has been filmed discreetly from the upper balcony and with a roaming agent on the floor with a camera sticking out of a cart of luggage.
Just sit back and enjoy the video.
